In a one hour session I tend to do a lot of strength work with my clients. The reason being is that everything we do begins with strength. An increase in strength leads to greater ability to perform work. A loss of strength leads to a loss of independence and ability to operate in this world. This is the reason why many elderly folks need assistance in daily tasks.
