Strength + Speed

This workout focuses on power production and explosiveness


When speed is applied to strength, power is produced.  This is especially important for athletes as all physical sports demand a certain degree of power production.  The average joe will find power useful for expending a great amount of energy in a short amount of time.  If you need a gasser and don't have much time, exercises requiring power are your go-to.
